Trenutno u NBA-u samo je Sacramento ispod 45 miliona salary cap-a. Igraci definitivno nece biti zadovoljni ovim predlogom, ima da im se kresu plate samo tako. Nema sta hoce i vlasnici svoj deo kolaca

Definitivno, ali pre svega svoj deo kolaca hoce americka Vlada. S hodno Zakonu o "smanjenju plata i merama smanjenja javne potrosnje" zbog tzv. "ekonomske krize" na udar su dosli i bogati. Nije problem da vlasnici klubova plate igrace koliko ovi traze ali je problem sto ce tada poreznici da ih tako "izuju" da nece imati da izguraju ni pola sezone. Igraci preteruju i traze nesto sto za vlasnike klubova ovoga trenutka nije nikako prihvatljivo.
