"Are you back?" said a nice Italian lady journo to Casey Stoner after he set pole for the first time since Qatar.

"I've never been away," he said with a rather charming grin. Just as the whispers were starting to get louder, suggesting he and/or Ducati had lost interest in each other, he looked like his old self.

"We've been working hard all year, and taking risks [with set up] at recent races - it paid off here." Casey had noted that he seemed to be further away from the screen than he wanted to be mid- corner, so he's moved his body position forward on the bike, shifted the engine back a little compensate and used a shorter swingarm. Looks like it works. Nicky Hayden, who was fourth and might have been on the front row but "didn't nail T3 as I'd have liked," said that Casey has moved towards his set up. It looks like Ducati's best weekend for a while.

"I'm happy to be on the front row as this was our main target for this afternoon's session. I just made a little mistake and ran wide on my last fast lap when I was going well and was 0.2s ahead, so I think pole position could have been possible, but the front row is the important thing. So now we must just stay focused and get a good start because the first corner is quite near to the start line which means it will be important to get a clean run into there. It's a new track where we haven't raced before so the main question is how the tyres will work over a full race distance. Our performance over the last few races has been great and I want to try as hard as possible for the victory here.

Everyone has come into this weekend with a blank sheet of paper so maybe it could be one of the most open races of the season."

Ovo sam cekao cijeli dan da procitam. Ono sto mi je jos interesantnije je da je Hayden od toga imao koristi. Zanima me kako ce se ovaj setup pokazati u trci.

A Rossi jutros u top 4 i Nicky Hayden je tu. Ako Pedrosa ne odmagli bice zanimljiva borba cini mi se.

Iannone neverovatan, drugi Simon, treci Talmacsi, Elias cetvrti - s obzirom da je startovao 12-ti dobro je.

A za Rossija se bojim da ce ga kostati losa startna pozicija, isto kao i Eliasa, pogotovo sto Rossi nikad nije imao dobar start, za njega je uspeh ako se odrzi na svojoj poziciji posle starta, a cini mi se da mora da napreduje par pozicija odmah na pocetku da bi imao neku sansu...
