        Pazi, nije ovo nikakvo nazadovanje u odnosu na ono juce ili u odnosu na stavove unije od pre sat vremena. Jednostavno, ocigledno da je Stern postavio neki deadline, obe strane imaju zelju da se sa ovim prekine sto pre i to je to. E sad, da li ce unija uspeti da isposluje neki bolji dogovor po njih ili ne u narednim danima, videcemo. Najbitnije da je hard cap uklonjen sa stola sto se kaze, sad da vidimo podelu novca.

          Moze i tako da se gleda...ali treba uzeti u obzir da se sportistima,a pogotovo americkim treba postupati kao sa decom. Bar meni tako deluje

            Ono sto igraci moraju da shvate je da ako ovo propuste, da ponuda mozda kasnije moze biti samo gora, a vreme ce nastaviti da tece. Ja bih probao da dobijem jos 2, 3 procenta BRI-a i prihvatim ovaj "jaci" luxury tax i da se pocne na vreme.

              Sada bi trebalo da je jasno kako vlasnici bogatih i mocnih fransiza mogu da uticu na tok pregovora. Njih savrseno zabole koliki ce Luxury liga da uvede i mogu da pristanu na sve uslove s tim sto zauzvrat uticu i na skidanje Hard Cap-a.
              Ako Unija bude spremna da pregovara ispod 54.3% mislim da dolazi do dogovora 100%. Unija bi trebala da prihvati smanjenje plata pa cak i osnovni predlog od 46% BRI-a sa tendencijom opadanja na 39% za deset godina koliko bi trajao novi CBA. Za deset godina taj isti CBA koji bi se sada potpisao mora doziveti bar jednu reviziju posle koje moze doci do prekrajanja postojecih uslova.
              Kljucni zahtev igraca je izgleda prihvacen - ukidanje Hard Cap-a. Sada je na njima da odluce da li im je dovoljan procenat ponudjen od BRI-a. Ako su pametni pristace na uslove lige i potpisati CBA. Ostace im Salary Cap i mogucnost da svoje plate definisu kroz Luxury Tax. Naravno da ovo nece vaziti podjednako za sve igrace ali za one koji su najbolji i koji nose NBA ligu i klubove naci ce se dovoljno novca. ;)
