Here's the most remarkable thing to me about Federer: Seems to me that the more you know about tennis, the more amazed you are by the guy. If you know nothing at all about tennis, he's amazing. If you know a little something about tennis—maybe you have played a few times in your life—he's more amazing. If you know a little more about tennis—maybe you played in high school and once had illusions of becoming a pro—he's even MORE amazing. And if you were a great player—if you are a McEnroe or a Connors or a Jim Courier—then Federer is preposterously amazing

Pohvala za amnesiaca , a konačno i njemu radosti. Cicipas je bio odličan. Sve više ti mladi oduševljavaju, ali nikako neki pravi proboj. Pošto ih pratim u malo dužem periodu od tinejdžera pa znači da će biti zabave zagarantovane

Ni i PRLE su razvili dobru diskusiju oko Rafe i Thiema, ali Madrid je zavrsena prica pa cu ovde da napisem nesto oko toga.
Generalno se slazem sa Prletom, Thiem je pre svega ogranicen igrac koji nema nikakvo resenje kad je Rafa na svom nivo. Secam se da ga ja prosle godine razneo u Barseloni i Parizu, dobio tesno u Madridu i zijanio od njega u Rimu. Jedan clan foruma je bio prosle godine u Barseloni, jaques, i gledao je to i rekao da je Thiem u vise navrata sirio ruke i bezpomocno gledao ka svom timu kazevsi da nema resenje i da ne moze da udari nista sa BH strane.
Tako da smetam da je Prle u pravo, kad je Rafa na nivo Thiem nema sta da trazi, ne moze on da isprati Rafin ritam sa FH strane, prevelika rupa je taj jednorucni BH, nema on mogucnost da hvata loptu u penjanju ko neke dvorucne bekende. Nadal u QF je bio jako los, a Thiem je igrao na granici svog mogucnosti, servirao strasno, imao strasan intenzitet, udarao jako sa oba krila. Problem je u tome sto Thiem ne moze drzati takav nivo kroz celi turnir, pa zato se i stvara dojam da je ocajno odigrao protiv Saleta.OVAKOComment

Thiem nije prijetnja Rafi u kontinuitetu, ovako sporadično i može. Igrač bez plana B, C, D... samo plan A koji se sastoji udari što jače pa šta bude. Kad ga ide plan A itekako je opasan protivnik i po najbolje a to je jednom u 10 mečeva a u ostalih 9 mečeva će biti počišćen sa terena. Thiem mora mozak uključiti kad igra, kad dođe na taj nivo, ako ikad dođe, tad će biti opasna prijetnja najboljima a do tad ovako sporadično.Mirza Bašić najbolji čovjek u TOP 79. a i šire.
