      Here's the most remarkable thing to me about Federer: Seems to me that the more you know about tennis, the more amazed you are by the guy. If you know nothing at all about tennis, he's amazing. If you know a little something about tennis—maybe you have played a few times in your life—he's more amazing. If you know a little more about tennis—maybe you played in high school and once had illusions of becoming a pro—he's even MORE amazing. And if you were a great player—if you are a McEnroe or a Connors or a Jim Courier—then Federer is preposterously amazing

              Limun da je pojeo jedan moj doručak umro bi 100%. Ja koliko sam mesine pojeo poslednjih 10 dana, samo jutros kod babe kraljevsku slaninu, Limun bi se posle zalogaja šlogirao.

                • Oko 300 kalorija sam ukupno tu pojeo.

                  Dorucak i rucak su danas bili obilni, pa ne bi trebalo preterivati sa kalorijama. Cak sam presao dnevni limit ovim obrokom, ali morao sam nesto da gricnem.

                          Da, trcim ujutru po 40 min 3-4 dana u nedelji i radim vezbe uvece kuci svaki dan (sklekovi, trbusnjaci, cucnjevi itd) takodje oko 40 min do 1h.

                              Posle zgibova i propadanja sam u stanju mislim da pojedem cela pileća prsa. Posle trčanja manje više, i ne ogladnim toliko.

                                Gresis opasno. Mnogo vecu energiju dobijas iz biljne ishrane. Meso je trash koji te samo obara.
