Mari
11 titula 5 poraza u finalu
7:5 protiv trojke
4:0 protiv ostalih
Mari je slican Novaku ali manji broj.
Nadal
27 titula 14 poraza u finalu
13:11 protiv trojke
I on je slican Novakovom skoru. Tri poraza su dosla od odlicnih igraca.
Federer
24 titule 18 poraza u finalu
6:13 protiv ostale trojice
Federer zaostaje u medjusobni susretima.
Last edited by NI; 09-11-15, 16:53.

Oprez, mozda vam zaigraju leptiricu u stomaku

"Have we reached Peak Nole?" Here is some statistical analysis that may answer this question.
I have been playing with analyzing the performance of tennis players using chess-like (Elo) ratings, in which the points are awarded/subtracted based on the magnitude of an upset. Top players typically gain very little by beating inferior opponents but lose a lot of points after getting defeated. All players start from 2500 points when they play their first ATP match, and all matches are treated equally. So, without further ado, here is the chart of these performance ratings for the Big 4, starting from 2005.
As you can see, on this performance scale Novak has currently reached a score of around 2850 - the highest ever for the data that I have available (since 2000). He got close to the same level in the spring of this year but then dropped a lot of points after losing in the FO. The next highest peaks (both around 2830) were: also reached by Djokovic in 2011, and by Federer - in early 2007. In comparison, Nadal very rarely managed to break through the 2800 level, and the last time it happened in 2013. Murray's highest was around 2780 but he has been quite consistent since 2008.
So the answer to the above question is: yes, we have reached the peak Nole, and this peak is now. The question now is how much further he can go from here

Paul Annacone i Nick Bollettieri u razgovoru za ESPN govore o tome kako pobediti Novaka:
1. Throw off Djokovic's rhythm
2. Get to the net as fast as you can
3. Bring Djokovic to net by slicing the ball short
4. Cramp his style
5. Think positively
Koga interesuje vise neka procita ovde http://espn.go.com/tennis/story/_/id...novak-djokovic.
Imate tamo i kratak osvrt Petera Boda na Novakov trijumf u Parizu, ako nekoga to interesuje.

Svi koriste servis u tijelo. To ima ograniceni, cesto privremeni, iako pozitivni efekt.
Agresivni return? Dobro u teoriji. Novak ima odlican 2. servis. Mari je prekjucer probao i promasio brdo.
Last edited by NI; 10-11-15, 13:06.
