Zanimljivo je cuti Rafina razmisljanja u toku samog meca, pogotovo na mec loptu.."Before Djokovic’s double fault at match point, I had already decided to hit a high cross shot and then a parallel forehand. I had already made that decision before he missed. I told myself: “The time is now; I am tired, I must play.” My inner logic was: “If I miss, it will be my miss. If I end up not winning this game, I must not think that I haven’t been brave. I would rather die being brave".

Ovu me strašno brine "Despite his 9th French Open title, however, the Spaniard is worried, due to a back injury that seems unable to let him go. "I am not feeling in pain like I did before, but I still feel something, very similar to what I felt in the final in Australia, in Melbourne. I have a bone edema. I felt it in Paris in the first rounds, but things got much better after the third round. The serve is the shot that is mostly affected by it, because I am not able to put all the power from my back, finding it also hard to turn" revealed the World No.1."

Videcemo, mozda bude i ok.

Will Rafael Nadal make it through the first week at Wimbledon this year? We ponder this in more as we look at five Wimbledon storylines that are bound to excite.

One the eve of the making of the 2014 Wimbledon singles draws, we take a look at five developing storylines for this year's Championships.
More Wimbledon: The Sharapova Effect?
Can Rafael Nadal Make it through the first week?
He’s a two-time Wimbledon champion that has painstakingly improved his serve and his volley over the course of his career and adapted his built-for-clay game for the grass so that he could take down Roger Federer and become a true all-court player. In short: Rafael Nadal can be an absolutely brilliant grass-court player. But since dropping the 2011 final to Novak Djokovic, Nadal has gone 2-5 on the surface, including shocking first-week losses at Wimbledon to Lukas Rosol and Steve Darcis in 2012 and 2013, respectively.
What gives?
The short turnaround between grass and clay seasons is certainly not helping Nadal, as the Spaniard is given virtually no time to decompress after the grueling clay-court season, a three-month sprawl in which Nadal lays every ounce of energy in his body and soul on the line in the name of winning Roland Garros. But nothing will change this season (next year, thankfully, the tours have inserted a third week of tournaments between the conclusion of Roland Garros and the beginning of Wimbledon), as Nadal will come in cold, with only one disconcerting blowout loss to Dustin Brown in Halle under his belt on grass this season.
For Nadal, the challenge is simple: Find a way to get through the first three matches, when the Wimbledon grass is slippery and dangerous and difficult to defend (and while his legs are heavy and he’s still emotionally spent from the clay season). It hasn’t been an easy task for him of late, but if he can do it, Nadal will instantly become a threat to win his fifteenth Grand Slam title by the end of the fortnight.

Rafael Nadal believes that his recent struggles on grass provide him the drive to keep striving to improve, and with that mentality he enters the 2014 Wimbledon Championships refreshed and ready to attack the lawns of the All England Club.
The two-time champion (2008, ‘10) is prohibiting himself from looking ahead, however, as he seeks to overturn a three-match losing skid on the surface, following consecutive defeats at Wimbledon in 2012 (l. to Rosol) and 2013 (l. to Darcis) and a first round exit to Dustin Brown last week at the Gerry Weber Open.
With his 700th tour-level match victory on the line in an opening round tilt with 2012 ATP World Tour Newcomer of the Year Martin Klizan, Nadal stresses he is taking it one match at a time.
“I don't see farther than today,” Nadal said, when asked about his biggest threat. “I have a tough first round against Klizan. For the last two years I lost in the first and second round…I start from the first round in every surface. You can imagine even more here on grass.
“Personally I feel that I am doing things better. It is true that for the last couple of years I didn't play lot of matches on grass, but I am confident that I can do it again. I am not talking about winning, (rather) talking about play better than what I did the last couple of years on grass.”
Nadal, who is eyeing a 15th Grand Slam crown, which would move him into solo second position on the all-time major titles list, is seeded second this fortnight. He explains that he was very meticulous in his preparation for Wimbledon, prioritising relaxation after a long clay-court swing.
“I came back home. I didn't practise tennis for a while. I went out with family and friends. I was able to go to a party on Saturday with my friends. I was able to go to the beach few days in Mallorca. I worked a little bit on my physical performance in the gym. But I didn't practise tennis there. I needed a few days off for my back after a lot of stress in Roland Garros.
“I really tried hard in Halle, even though I know I was not able to have good success there. But a few days of practice (on the surface) helped me. It helps me a little bit that when I arrive here on Wednesday it was not the beginning (of the tournament). I am practising hard since I arrived here. More than usual. Practising more hours than what I usually do in the tournament.”
Nadal finds himself in the same half of the draw as rival and seven-time champion Roger Federer and could potentially face Milos Raonic or Kei Nishikori in the quarter-finals. Despite tempering expectations, the Spaniard remains positive that he can continue to make his mark at the hallowed grounds of Wimbledon.
“I am here in Wimbledon and I really want to try to play well here. That's my real goal today.”
