Instalirao sam FM i update (ovi gangrenini linkovi) i ovo mi se desava cim pokrenem igru:

This error was mostly caused by outdated DirectX drivers so update it.

FM14 Transfers & Data Update Pack 3.5
This update contains over 86.503 changes from the 10th of February 2014 until the 20th of August 2014 that the official patch 14.3 does not include! Inside the .rar file you can also find all the texts that contain all the database changes and the instructions file to give some more info
Instructions:
Download and extract the files to : C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\Editor Data.
If editor data folder is not there, create one with this name only. Other names will not recognize the files inside the game.SpoilerComment
