A ja ne znam sta je tu smesno?
Pa on da je hteo da obori taj rekord, on bi igrao silne turnire, a ne samo najvece i tako bi skupio dovoljan broj poena za obaranje rekorda.
Uradio bi nesto slicno kao Sampras sto je radio one godine radio kad je hteo da i 6. godinu zaredom zavrsi kao no.1 i na kraju u tome i uspeo.

Ne pricam da treba da misli da sve zavisi od drugog igraca, citaj pazljivije. Od njega je gotovo sve zavisilo do kraja 2007. nakon toga ne... Ako zeli da se vrati na No.1 morace da redovno pobedjuje i Noleta i Nadala, a u zadnje vreme, slabo mu ide protvi njih, sto ne znaci da ce se to nastaviti u nedogled... Ali, s obzirom na njegove i njihove sposobnosti, da bi se to dogodilo, morace da racuna na povredu, vecu povredu, bar jednog od njih dvojice, jer da se konstatno nosi sa obojicom, ne verujem da ima snage i mogucnosti.
Kao sto rekoh, da bi se vratio na No.1 mora da menja neke stvari, a ne mislim na igru...Comment

Mislim da je Pete najpravilnije odabrao moment povlačenja iz ATP-žurke, jer je video da bi mu sa svakim mesecom produžene karijere aktivnog igrača bivalo sve teže da se odupre nadolazećoj sili.
Tako da on sada gleda sa Gospodske visine na sve one koji jure te njegove rekorde, i u isto vreme, ne mora da brine o tome da će neki nadobudni novinar možda sesti, napraviti analizu njegove karijere i početi sa preispitivanjem iste.
Svaka mu čast ! Treba imati osećaj za realnost i odabrati da se povučeš onda kad si najjači, i kada svi misle da si najbolji svih vremena...
