The current technical director of Atletico Madrid, Andrea Berta is wanted by Manchester United to bring the team back to glory by building a team for the future, as predicted here several weeks back. Over Easter, the answer will be given. Will he go to Manchester, or stay in Madrid? Berta is talking it over with his family, judging the ambitious project that United are looking to get underway.

Jose Mourinho is one who wants Berta there (the two have a strong mutual relationship with Jorge Mendes, Mourinho's attorney), to bring the team back to the shining pinnacle of world football. Signs are indicating that there's a 60% chance of Berta saying "yes" to Manchester and joining the club. United are convinced that decision will come, though none has been made yet. For Mourinho's part, he's been an observer, on a tour of stadiums around Europe. He's been looking for a quality midfielder and a rock in the attacking role. The deal between United and Mourinho isn't yet signed, but there's been a sort of "gentleman's agreement", which is why he's already working on behalf of United in a sense. With these two names in play there's a hope for building a bigger future at United.

Phil Jones, Antonio Valencia and Marouane Fellaini are on the way back for Manchester United but Louis van Gaal may opt to select them in the Under-21 side rather than Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash at West Brom.

Players are coming back but then, normally, they cannot play a match because the rhythm of the game is much higher. So, we have to train more and let them play in the second team. Maybe because I’m forced because of the circumstances to take a risk, like I have done with Marcos Rojo but, when I’m not forced to, then I shall not do that.

Meanwhile, Ashley Young and Bastian Schweinsteiger could also return this month and Will Keane is on the mend after undergoing a groin operation earlier this week.

"Will had a fantastic operation, like Ashley Young," said the manager. "It was more or less the same operation. He is coming back on Tuesday and I'm hoping he comes back as quickly as Ashley because he's also coming back in March. Schweinsteiger may train with the first team next week.

Kako igramo, trebali bi ovdje kiksati, a opet veće utakmice koje dolaze odigrati dobro. Ali nadam se da ćemo dobro otvoriti utakmicu i ako uspijemo dati koji gol, ostatak utakmice odigrati rutinski. Jeste da je to nemoguće kad je ovaj Junajted u pitanju, ali eto

Morao je u ovakvoj tekmi da krene i Morgan. Morao je. Kako nista nije naucio covek za 2 godine.

U gostima mora da igra Morgan uvek, nek ga odmara na neku utakmicu na OT.

Za svakakve pizdarije VanGala imam opravdanja i nekako mi je "sve normalno" ali ovo da danas nema Morgana kao startera... je prvorazredna
glupost. Da mi je samo znati sta je razlog osim glupave rotacije ili ne d`o Bog neke povrede ? Covek konacno podigao nivo igre, jebe sve na sredini ima snage da u zubima nosi pola tima al` ne, ovaj nas genije ga odmara... ma idi bre... Sada ce nas raspali Kerik sacuvati, pa ne mogu ova dece toliko da napadaju i popunjavaju sta sve mogu da zaseru nazad Kerik, Blind i verovali ili ne Herrera ako mu nije dan.
