  • Otac mi je pravio pravi kefir na nacin koji je Olja opisala,tako da sam pio i njega.Pio ga je jer mu je mnogo pomagao za snizenje pritiska,sad pauzira vratio se na pivo.
    A ja kazem pijem zbregov i ima gotovo identican ukus kao pravi kefir,za razliku od ostalih koji nemaju veze sa pravim kefirom.

    • Da, varazdinski z'bregov je sjajan (svi mlecni proizvodi), ali to sto pijes, bez obzira na ukus, nije kefir.

        Nemoj da mi rusis iluzije,taman mislim kako se sam se okrenuo zdravom nacinu zivota.
        Pojedem burek masni,sendvic od pola hljeba prsute i 2 kila majoneza stavim u njega.Popijem onda onaj kefir,imam osjecaj kao da sam ponistio sve,kao da ce on sad sve to nekako da ucini zdravim obrokom.

            • Indigo vazda neka pikantna jela priprema,sto je ovo.I jos mi se hvali ovuda a ja otvorim serpu a tamo ili gulas neki,ili pasulj.I onda mi bude krivo,ali sad ce neko reci nauci da kuvas kao Indigo,ne mogu ja da kuvam da ce se svijet obrnut.
              A cujes li im price,a ne no zecetina u sosu od godzi bobica i aronije.

                      Evo ti najprostiji recept za krompir:
                      Operi par komada od zemlje i prljavstine i umotaj ih pojedinacno u Aluminijumsku foliju. Rernu ugrej na 200 i peci ih jedno po`sata - 45 minuta.
                      Izvadi iz folije, ljuska se vrlo lako ljusti, zraseci, zalij kajmakom i udri!
