CLUB STATEMENT
Newcastle United FC have today written a strongly -worded letter to the Football Association in relation to the tackle by Manchester City's Nigel de Jong on Hatem Ben Arfa in Sunday's Premier League fixture, which resulted in Ben Arfa sustaining a broken tibia and fibula of his left leg.
The club has asked the FA for the appropriate action to be taken against De Jong for the tackle which in the club's opinion was unnecessary and used excessive force.
Newcastle United will also be writing to the appropriate body regarding the performance of the match officials, specifically the referee, in relation to a number of incidents during the game including the tackle on Ben Arfa.

Nigel De Jong je jedan običan kriminalac u kopačkama, koji ne pazi kako startuje. Poptuno nepotreban start nad Ben Arfa-om u trećem minutu meča je rezultirao slomljenom fibulom i tibijom leve noge mladom igraču Newcastle United-a. Ben Arfa-i je čak i karijera ugrožena.
Da podsetimo, ovo nije prvi put da De Jong ovako startuje. Nešto slično učinio je i u martu mesecu ove godine u prijateljskom meču između Holandije i SAD-a, Stuart Holden-u, kada je startom nad njim uspeo da mu napravi frakturu noge.
Setimo se i kung fu udarca u grudi Xabi Alonso-a u finalu svetskom prvenstva ove godine.
Ovakve igrače treba što pre udaljiti iz fudbala.
Međutim, i sudije treba da dobiju instrukcije povodom toga. Glavni sudija na meču Man City - Newcastle, Martin Atkinson, nije čak ni prekinuo meča posle De Jong-ovog starta, dok je Ben Arfa ležao u agoniji. De Jong-u nije čak pokazan ni žuti karton. Sramota.

Ma jok, kao sto nije namerno udario Alonsa u predelu grudi (slucajno je podigao nogu 1.5 m) i to je slucajno. 7&@%q Odavno sam ja njega zapazio i bilo je samo pitanje vremena kad ce ovako nesto uraditi. Definitivno treba da poseti psihijatra. &+I}\
