Meni je najbolje sa malteksom, a probala sve varijante, mada je sa medom slicno, ali opet ima razlike. Tamnije i ima neki dublji ukussigpic

Visak ti ta tortilja
Najbolja stvar ubedljivo meni je peceni beli luk.
Ukoliko se ne pece ovako sa povrcem kao sto sam vec rekla: glavica se ocisti od onih prvih spojnih listica, ali pazljivo da se ne rasture cenovi, iseku malo krajevi jednim potezom, vrlo malo, malo tek da se naziru cenovi, stavi na veci komad Alu folije, pokapa maslinovim, posoli, pobiberi, zatvroi folijom skroz, i ispece u rerni nekih 15-20 min.
Izvadi se pazljivo iz folije, prohladi i svaki cen se istisne iz opne u ciniju, izgnjeci viljuskom i zacini po zelji.
Moze da se doada nekom sosu, majonezu, dresingu za salatu ili prosto namaze na prepecen hleb. Bruka kako je dobro!
Dakle bez onog jakog ukusa, slatkast, ma fenomenalno!sigpic
