Pa da bre, zbog toga je Kaljari one godine kad je ispao i godinu pre toga igrao svoje tekme u Trstu, sto nekih ludila, Celino se peglao sa načelnikom grada i ostalo. Baš bila mini tenzija.

Ma uprava grada, uvek stoji na putu izgradnji stadiona. Jer gledaju interes tj profit, stadioni su ionako u njihovom vlasnistvu. Godinama ubiraju plodove a nista ne uazlu, cist profi. Nece tek tako da se rese toga.

Juventus je za smesnu sumu kupio ceo onaj prostor, 28M prostor koji zauzima stadion + continassa. Takav scenario verovano niko nece doziveti u Italiji.

Čelnici Fiorentine predstavili su projekat izgradnje novog stadiona koji bi trebalo da bude završen do 2021. godine.

Novi stadion 'Viole' imaće 40.000 mesta, a navijači će od terena biti udaljeni samo sedam metara. Stadion će biti izgrađen u severozapadnom delu Firence, a uz njega će biti i tržni centar i hotel. Projekt ce kostati 420 miliona eura.

Technical Commission for Urban Planning of Sardinia Region has given the green light to the urban variant for the construction of both temporay stadium and Cagliari Stadium. Cagliari Calcio will be next Serie A team to have a property stadium.

Genoa and Sampdoria announced refurbishment plan of Stadio Ferraris.
The project was presented at City Council and should have an estimated cost of 25 million euro.

* Exterior design will remain the same, but both teams want to make special maintenance work.
* Capacity reduced to around 30,000 seats, with new comportable chairs
* No more barriers (like Anfield Stadium, London).
* Press boxes will be moved to the third tier (Distinti section), with more services and better visibility on the ground.
* Construction of 30 skybox
* Three new locker rooms: one for Sampdoria, one for Genoa, one for the guest team.
* Renovation of the toilets and security systems. New gym, services.

There is also the chance to construct retail area in the spaces under both curvas. But the football teams have to find an agreement with existent stores close to the stadium.

The historical Villa Piantelli (a 16th century building near to the stadium) will become the VIP-Hospitality Center and Media Center of both football teams. The place should become a place to offer a special experience to fans, including restaurant service.

Atalanta confirms stadium purchase

Serie A football club Atalanta has today reached an agreement to buy its home ground, the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia. The club, which is based in the city of Bergamo, is now expected to draw up plans to redevelop the stadium in the coming months.

The club was named as the preferred bidder for the stadium back in May. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but Atalanta would pay €8.6m (£7.8m/$10.2m) to own the facility, and an extra €2.6m to cover renovation work carried out at the stadium in 2015.

Atalanta president Antonio Percassi said: "Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia has always been the home of Atalanta and Atalanta fans. It is a great pleasure to have finally become the owners as well. This is a fundamental step for the present and the future of our club. Today we make history, every Bergamo resident must be proud of it. We have made a great investment with the goal of making the stadium more modern and welcoming for our fans."

Mayor of Bergamo Giorgio Gori added: "The choice of the administration was found in the brave investment of Atalanta, who, after an extraordinary season, wanted to give their fans the chance to see a dream come true. It was a very complex journey, of which I would particularly like to thank the Valesini councillor and the municipal offices involved, as well as the Percassi family. Now, together with Atalanta, we can finally dedicate ourselves to the project and then to the construction site. The new stadium, which we firmly wanted to keep in town, will also be an opportunity to improve and revive an entire part of our city."

Izgleda da je bila rekonstrukcija za Univerzijadu 2019, koja je ovoga leta održana u Napulju. Troškovi 20 miliona evra, kapacitet smanjen na 55.000.

U svakom slučaju su to sve šminkanja propalih projekata, trake oko terena nemaju šta da traže na jednom fudbalskom stadionu.
U tom smislu svi treba da se ugledaju na Englesku i na njene football-only stadione.
