Sta reći... Eto i Vouksa smo kritikovali pa zahvaljujuci njemu smo sada tu dje jesmo.

Mozda i oni urade nesto korisno do kraja sezone.

        • FT 1:0 (Arfield)
Prije svega, jako vazna pobjeda, nova tri boda, prekinut niz bez pobjede itd. Ulaskom Marneya i Barnesa polako smo stekli kontrolu.

          • Dule, zaboravio sam gore napisati.

                    • Ahahaha
Akoooo mislimo sto uraditi u premier ligu trebaju nam kvalitetni igrači odnosno ne tebaju nam igraci poput njega, Bojda, Vouksa, Jonesa i druzine sa klupe. No igraci poput Greja i malog Kina.

A dobro Barnesa je povreda dosta omela i zbog toga sam skeptican povodom njegovog opstanka ako uđemo u Pl. Zamisli tandem Ings i Grey...
E takav nama treba tandem ako mislimo opstati u Pl.

U posljednjih 30,40 dana sam baš van toga svega. Jbg obaveze.

A fino boga mi.

                          • Grafter Sean Dyche has Burnley on the brink of the Premier League once again

When Burnley’s relegation from the Premier League was confirmed 11 months ago, Sean Dyche, rather than mourning, immediately stepped his work up a gear.

The Clarets boss knew the job he had on his hands to cope with life back in the Championship.

Star talents Danny Ings and Kieran Trippier were on their way out and Burnley had mustered just 28 goals in the top flight, the Premier League’s lowest.

From day one of a pre-season campaign that took in the south of France, Scotland and Accrington, the training sessions were tough and intense, with a focus on getting this group challenging at the top of the table again.

The hard graft has paid off. Dyche has taken in the lessons from the promotion campaign of two years ago and has Burnley back on the brink of the promised land. A battling 1-0 win over Leeds United on Saturday kept the division’s top scorers at the Championship summit with five games left. And bookmakers now rank them as 1/8 shots to go up.

‘On the first day of pre-season it was drummed in,’ said Saturday’s goalscorer Scott Arfield. ‘It’s very important that you’re fit. Work hard for yourself, work hard for the team. The experience of getting promoted and trying to get over that line will stand us in good stead coming into these massive five games.’

At the heart of the success is Burnley’s knowhow in what it takes to go up from this division. Seven of those who featured against Leeds were in the squad that finished second behind Leicester in 2013-14, with 273 appearances-worth of experience from that season between them.

Those who have joined since know what it takes to win promotion, too. Andre Gray, Joey Barton and George Boyd have all seen through bids to move up a tier in recent years.

‘The challenge is right in front of us, it’s not an easy task, we know that,’ Dyche said.

‘We’ve done it before. I have been promoted myself four times (three as a player). It’s not an easy task. What I do know is whatever that task is you’ve got to fulfil it and we are doing that at the moment. We’ve got to do it again.’

Saturday was a perfect example of that. Dyche admitted Burnley were far from their ‘magical best’ but a fourth 1-0 win of 2016 held off fellow one-goal winners Middlesbrough.

Arfield netted with a clinical low strike into Marco Silverstri’s bottom corner after 59 seconds and the hosts held out for the remaining 89 minutes at Turf Moor.

Boro are a point behind with a game in hand to be played against Reading with Brighton, who travel to Nottingham Forest tonight, a further four back.

The top two face each other at Turf Moor next Tuesday. Provided Burnley can keep up their 18-match unbeaten run that stretches back to Boxing Day, a place in the top two looms.

‘We weren’t as fluid and it’s about finding that different way to not give teams too many chances,’ Dyche said.

‘That’s the most important thing... if you look back, if you’re successful, you don’t look at how good your performances were. It’s the results that matter and none more so than now.’
