Hehe da nije zalosno bilo bi smesno..
Ja znam da kada je u formi svi misici dolaze do izrazaja, a kad malo olabavi oni splasnu i stvori se taj mali potkozni sloj masti.. Dovoljno je par nedelja treninga, trcanja uzbrdo, voznje bicikle i nosenja Artaldija na krke uzbrdo, da se dovede sve to u normalu. Recimo da su mu trenutno butine a la Pliskova.

Neverovatna percepcija.
Pogled koji nepogrešivo detektuje masne naslage na butinama vrhunskog profesionalnog sportiste koji da bi sve bilo fantastičnije ima poseban režim ishrane je takav dar da to naprosto ne moze biti ovozemaljskog porekla.

Priznajem da sam juce gledao na stream-u i tako mi je delovalo. Danas sam na hd ekranu dobio potvrdu. Nema tu leka, opustis se malo i odmah se stvaraju potkozne masne naslage, cak i kod sportista sa najefikasnijim metabolizmom koji se zdravo hrane. Federer je prosle godine u ovo vreme imao stomace, a verujem da i on strogo vodi racuna o ishrani..
Postoje doping supstance namenjene bas za smanjenje tog masnog sloja koji se tesko odstranjuje (Clenbuterol).Comment
