Pravilno je potceniti, pise se tako (a ne podceniti), i izgovara se tako.

Pravilno je pisati: potceniti, potforum, supkultura, supskripcija. Svuda tu dolazi do jednačenja suglasnika po zvučnosti i nema izuzetaka. Jedina kombinacija suglasnika gde ne dolazi do jednačenja jesu DS, DŠ i ĐS.
Što se preCednika tiče, to ti je primer gde NE dolazi do jednačenja, jer sadrži sugl. grupu DS. Ipak u izgovoru prirodnije je i lakše izgovoriti sa T, a TS u brzom govoru se skraćuje na C, pa zato kad brzo govorimo i ne vodimo računa izgovaramo zapravo preCednik. Ali, to je već nešto drugo. Što se jednačenja tiče, nema izuzetaka osim navedenih u ovom linku.
